HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item is shipped.
MY ORDER IS LATE. WHAT CAN I DO?
At MAISON MAGDALENA, we cannot speed up the delivery process, as it is handled by a third party. You can contact the delivery company for questions related to your order.
I PLACED A WRONG ORDER OR I REGRET MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can contact us at bymaisonmagdalena@gmail.com. If the item has not been shipped yet, we can cancel your order. If it has been shipped, you must wait to receive it and send it back for a full refund.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WROND ORDER OR THE ORDER IS DEFECTIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact us at bymaisonmagdalena@gmail.com. Upon return of the item we will issue a full refund.
I RETURNED MY ORDER BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND YET
Please note it can take up to 15 days for the refund to be credited to your bank account. If you haven’t received your refund15 days after you have sent your notice, please contact us and we will help you.

CAN I MODIFY THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
