EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME
As each MAISON MAGDALENA piece is handmade to order, preparation times naturally vary. Production usually takes between 1–3 weeks depending on the complexity of the garment and current order volume. Delivery times generally range between 2–9 business days, depending on the destination country and selected shipping rate.
CUSTOMS
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees determined by local authorities. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
International shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs clearance procedures outside our control. Should your order require additional assistance during this process, please contact us, and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.
