HOW LONG FOR YOU TO PRODUCE MY ORDER?

As all MAISON MAGDALENA pieces are hand-made to order in our studio, the production time varies depending on design complexity and quantity of orders. In general, we aim to ship within you 2 weeks of making the purchase. We will keep you updated on the production process!

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your item is shipped.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We accept payments with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

MY ORDER IS LATE, WHAT CAN I DO?

At MAISON MAGDALENA, we cannot speed up the delivery process, as it is handled by a third party. You can contact the delivery company for questions related to your order. 

I PLACED A WRONG ORDER / I REGRET MY ORDER. WHAT CAN I DO?

You can contact us at studio@maisonmagdalena.com. If the item has not been shipped yet, we can cancel your order. If it has been shipped, you must wait to receive it and send it back for a full refund, unless it was a bespoke product.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR THE ORDER IS DEFECTIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact us at studio@maisonmagdalena.com. We can either send you the correct item, repair a damaged garment, or issue a refund.

I RETURNED MY ORDER BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND YET

Please note it can take up to 15 days for the refund to be credited to your bank account. If you haven’t received your refund 15 days after you have sent your notice, please contact us at studio@maisonmagdalena.com and we will help you.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED

Sent us an email on studio@maisonmagdalena.com and we may be able to accommodate a free repair, depending on the nature of the damage.

DELIVERY

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

We currently deliver to all countries within the EU. Outside of EU, we deliver to the UK, Norway, Switzerland, Moldova, Serbia, Türkiye, and Liechtenstein. Please consult our shipping policy for more information.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL CUSTOM FEES?

For orders outside of EU, additional customs or import fees may apply and are covered by the customer. Please consult our Shipping Policy for more information, or contact us

CAN I MODIFY THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Once the order is shipped, the delivery address can not be changed. You may, however, choose to deliver to a pickup point depending on your location. Please contact us, in case you wish to do so.
