WHAT IS THE PRODUCTION TIMELINE FOR MY ORDER?

As all MAISON MAGDALENA pieces are handmade to order in our atelier, production times may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current order volume. Estimated production times are provided within each product description. In general, we aim to ship orders within 2–3 weeks of purchase.

CAN I REQUEST PRIORITY HANDLING?

Please contact us at studio@maisonmagdalena.com with your request, and we will do our best to accommodate it.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order leaves our atelier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please note the tracking will be sent to the email address you included with your order.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

We accept payments with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay.

MY ORDER IS LATE, WHAT CAN I DO?

If your order appears to be delayed, please contact us at studio@maisonmagdalena.com and we will gladly assist you. While delivery is handled by our shipping partners, we will do our best to help track your package and provide any available updates.

I PLACED A WRONG ORDER / I REGRET MY ORDER. WHAT CAN I DO?

As each MAISON MAGDALENA piece is handmade to order, we kindly ask that any cancellation or modification requests be submitted as soon as possible via studio@maisonmagdalena.com. Orders can only be cancelled before production has begun. A late cancellation fee may apply to requests made more than 48 hours after purchase.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR THE ORDER IS DEFECTIVE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at studio@maisonmagdalena.com as soon as possible. We will carefully review the issue and work with you to find the most suitable solution, whether that involves sending the correct item, repairing the garment, or issuing a refund. Your positive experience remains our biggest priority, as we aim for all our pieces to bring you lasting value.

I RETURNED MY ORDER BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND YET

Please note it can take up to 15 days for the refund to be credited to your bank account. If you haven’t received your refund 15 days after you have sent your notice, please contact us at studio@maisonmagdalena.com and we will help resolve the issue.

WHY ARE SOME OF OUR PRODUCTS OFTEN SOLD OUT?

Each MAISON MAGDALENA piece is carefully handmade in our atelier, which naturally limits the quantity we are able to produce. Due to high demand and limited availability, certain designs may sell out before they can be restocked. For restock inquiries, please contact us at studio@maisonmagdalena.com and we will gladly share an estimated timeline whenever available.

WHY DOES PRODUCTION TAKE TIME?

At MAISON MAGDALENA, production is intentionally slow and considered. Every piece is handmade to order in our atelier, allowing us to focus on craftsmanship, quality, and thoughtful production rather than excess. This process naturally requires time, but ensures that each garment receives the care and attention it deserves.

HOW CAN I BE NOTIFIED ABOUT RESTOCKS?

We recommend subscribing to our newsletter to receive early updates regarding restocks and future releases. You may also reach out to us directly, and we'll do our best to provide an estimated timeline.

HOW CAN I STAY INFORMED ON NEW PRODUCT LAUNCHES?

We recommend subscribing to our newsletter for first access to new launches, restocks, studio updates, and occasional exclusive offers.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY GARMENTS?

To help preserve the beauty and longevity of your garment, basic care instructions are provided on the care label and in each product description. Should you require further assistance, please consult our Garment Care Guide or contact us directly at studio@maisonmagdalena.com.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?

We recommend consulting the size guide provided within each product description. Should you require additional guidance, please contact us at studio@maisonmagdalena.com, we will be happy to assist you in finding the most suitable fit.

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM SIZE OPTION?

We understand all bodies are unique, and we are happy to adjust certain designs to better suit your measurements. Please leave your key dimensions in the cart note or contact us at studio@maisonmagdalena.com before placing your order.

MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?

Please contact us directly at studio@maisonmagdalena.com and we may be able to accommodate a free repair, depending on the nature of the damage.

DELIVERY

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

We partner with FedEx to safely deliver our handmade garments to most countries worldwide. Please refer to our shipping policy to see a full list of countries we deliver to. In case you'd like to request delivery to a country not on the list, please contact us directly at studio@maisonmagdalena.com

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ADDITIONAL CUSTOM FEES?

For orders outside of EU, additional customs or import fees may apply and are covered by the customer. Please consult our Shipping Policy for more information, or contact us

CAN I MODIFY THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If you need to modify your delivery address, please contact us at studio@maisonmagdalena.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, address modifications are unfortunately no longer possible. However, we still recommend contacting us, as we can help comminucate the issue to our shipping partners.

WHAT DOES MADE-TO-ORDER MEAN TO MAISON MAGDALENA?

Made-to-order is a fundamental part of the MAISON MAGDALENA philosophy. Each piece is crafted only after an order has been placed, allowing us to produce with intention and avoid unnecessary overproduction. Our aim is to create thoughtful, timeless garments designed to remain in your wardrobe for years to come.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

We favour natural, biodegradable mono-fibre materials such as linen, silk, wool, and certified cotton, sourced from carefully selected suppliers and mills across Europe. We aim to avoid the conventional and synthetic materials produced through chemical processes.

HOW DO YOU APPROACH FABRIC SOURCING?

At MAISON MAGDALENA, we work closely with regional suppliers (Italy, Romania, Belgium, Poland, Netherlands, France, Bulgaria) and carefully selected European mills, including Piacenza 1733 and Manteco in Italy. This approach allows us to maintain close relationships throughout the supply chain, support local craftsmanship, and limit unnecessary transportation between stages of production.
