RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We hope that your MAISON MAGDALENA piece becomes a lasting part of your wardrobe. Should your order not meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.
RETURNS
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to issue a return.
Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, with all labels attached and safely packaged. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties or import fees incurred during the return process, remain the responsibility of the customer and may be deducted from the refund amount.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
To initiate a return, please contact us at studio@maisonmagdalena.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the next steps and confirm your request by e-mail once it has been processed.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us by email, and we'll do our best to resolve the situation.
DAMAGES OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at studio@maisonmagdalena.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue so we may assist you as promptly as possible. In many cases, we're happy to offer a free repair.
EXCHANGES
We are currently unable to offer direct exchanges. Should you wish to receive a different item or size, we kindly ask that you return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
