RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Your positive experience is our priority. Above all, we aim to provide you with garments you love and cherish for years to come. However, if a product does not meet your satisfaction, you may be eligible for a refund. Read more below:
BESPOKE PIECES
These garments are sewn specifically for you. They are yours, tailored to the unique dimensions of your body. Therefore, returns and refunds are not available for our made-to-order pieces.
In case your bespoke piece gets damaged, you may return it to us and we will repair it free of charge. If you have other questions and requests regarding your bespoke products, do not hesitate to contact us. We are here for you.
PIECES IN STANDARD SIZES (S, M, L)
For pieces using standardised sizing, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to issue a return.
Please ensure that the item(s) you wish to return are in their original condition, safely packed, and include all labels. Otherwise, we will not be able to approve your return request and process your refund.
The shipping cost for returning the product is covered by the customer.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Send a return request by e-mail to studio@maisonmagdalena.com. Indicate your first name and last name, your order number, and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process of initiating the refund. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your request has been processed.
REFUNDS
Upon return of the product(s), we will refund the payment received from you related to the specific order and product(s). This does not include the delivery cost.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us and we will make sure to resolve the issue.
DAMAGES OR INCORRECT PRODUCT
If one of your items is damaged or does not correspond to your order, please contact us. Remember to specify your order number and describe what the issue is, so we can resolve it as smoothly as possible.
EXCHANGES
We are currently unable to process exchanges. Please return the product for a refund and place a new order for the correct product.
